Meet the Stompers

Arnold Asham is the founder and manager of the Asham Stompers. Arnold has always loved the dance and the Métis culture. Arnold is not only a role model to all of his family and friends but also a great inspiration to young athletes, dancers, and children around the world. Running Asham Stomperfest and being the founder of the Asham Curling supplies, Arnold has shown his love for dance across the globe and continues to make impact on lives and communities everywhere he
Hunter Oleschak is one of the youngest members of the group Hunter is 16 years old and has been dancing since the age of 4 and with the Asham Stompers full time since the age of 6. Hunter has won 8 world jigging championships in a row and travelled with the Asham Stompers around the world to places such as Scotland, Churchill, Puerto Vallarta, and all across North America.
Hayley Oleschak older sister of Hunter, has danced since the age of 4 years old, starting with the Asham Mini Stompers at age 6 Hayley joined the Asham stompers at the age of 9 years old. Attending every Asham Stomperfest since she was born Hayley would place 2nd, 3rd, or 4th in the World Jigging Championship since 2014 and took 1st place in the 2024 and Final Stomperfest to take place in the 21 and under.
Eva Kerbrat has been dancing with the Asham Stompers since the young age of 5 years old. Eva has travelled the world alongside the dancers and picked u everything so quickly. Placing almost every year in the World jigging championships Eva has also proved to take a few first place jigging championship tiles in her early years of dance. Eva has also danced with the Asham Mini Stompers alongside Hunter and Hayley at very young ages.
